We invite you to come and make a real difference and grow your career with the global leader in skincare.What You'll DoThe Associate Director of IT Service (AD)will lead and manage IT service operations (ITIL) across the United States and Canada. This role is pivotal in delivering reliable and high-performing IT services to support Dermalogica-s business operations. You will be responsible for overseeing key IT services, including data and voice networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, and communication tools, while driving strategic alignment with business goals. As a pivotal member of the IT team, the you will work closely with global IT leadership to develop, implement, and maintain a robust IT services portfolio that meets service level agreements (SLAs) and supports the company-s growth.With a primary focus on infrastructure management and service delivery, you will lead a technical team in road-mapping, budgeting, and planning efforts to maintain a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL processes to manage service operations effectively and resolve complex technical issues. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will ensure seamless communication and continuous improvement of IT services to enable operational excellence across all Dermalogica locations.Key Responsibilities:1. IT Service Management & Operations:Lead and manage IT services to support business operations in the US and Canada, ensuring high availability and performance.Develop and enforce IT policies, processes, and standards to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of Dermalogica-s IT environment.Manage internal and external support teams, ensuring seamless service delivery across desktop support, network administration, server management, and cloud services.Ensure the availability, continuity, and security of IT services across multiple sites, including offices, retail locations, and distribution centers.2. Cloud Infrastructure Oversight:Oversee the management of Dermalogica-s cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, AWS), ensuring robust, secure, and cost-effective solutions.Lead cloud migration and integration efforts, driving continuous improvement and optimization of cloud-based services.3. Incident & Problem Management:Monitor, identify, and resolve technical issues across all Dermalogica systems, reducing downtime and ensuring rapid incident response.Serve as a key escalation point for critical incidents and service outages, providing clear communication and resolution strategies.4. Vendor Management:Partner with external IT vendors to manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance.Negotiate and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure cost-effective and reliable services that align with business needs.5. Strategic Planning & Project Management:Collaborate with the Director of IT Services to align IT strategies with business objectives in the US and Canada.Contribute to long-term IT planning and budgeting, providing insights on technology investments and service improvements.Manage complex IT projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.6. Compliance & Security Management:Ensure all IT services comply with company policies, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and security protocols.Regularly assess IT risks and implement proactive measures to ensure business continuity.7. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
