Overview

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced IT professional to manage a diverse team and oversee all aspects of information systems, including ERP, e-commerce, websites, hardware, software, networking, and security. The role also involves leading a significant ERP project transition and collaborating with various departments to align IT strategy with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all information systems, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, corporate websites, and telecommunication systems.
• Lead the ongoing transition to a new ERP platform, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
• Work with other departments to assess their technology needs and plan for future enhancements.
• Develop and maintain an IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Document critical information flows and processes within the organization.
• Ensure IT infrastructure, including security, hardware, and networking, is up-to-date and effective.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience managing IT teams.
• Familiarity with programming languages like .NET, C#, and SQL is beneficial but not required.
