This position is being offered by a successful financial advisor located in our downtown Chicago office. WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this position.

These advisors provide considerable value to individuals and business owners by implementing wealth management solutions, as well as investment, retirement and risk management strategies designed to provide long-term financial strength and security.

Our advisor is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to provide administrative support on an established team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver and team-player, and will be adept at balancing multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced professional office. The successful candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, dependable and will display a sense of accountability and pride in their work.

This position is a Full-Time hybrid role, Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 30 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing "Post Sale" Responsibilities

  • Enter and submit client applications for account opening
  • Administer client service requests
  • Proactive case tracking
  • Engage with various people throughout the underwriting/review process
  • Work with internal Compliance Team
  • Execute resourcefulness to achieve desired results
  • Utilize CRM to document client interactions and leverage business
  • File documentation and management in OneDrive
  • Additional duties, as assigned

Excellent Client Communication

  • Build genuine and positive rapport with existing clients and prospects
  • Assist with ongoing service issues
  • Set up annual client appointments and schedule service meetings with existing clients

Experience:

  • 1+ years administrative experience
  • Industry experience a plus, but not required

Salary: $50,000 annually
