Property Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Property Accountant. This is a hybrid role, with two days in their Calabasas, CA location. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $36 to $43 per hour.

Job Description

1. Prepare and analyze any necessary supporting schedules in relation to the preparation of the monthly financials
2. Balance sheet reconciliation
3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
4. Prepare and analyze annual CAM reconciliations

Requirements

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
2. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
3. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. MRI or Yardi accounting software experience preferred
5. Team-oriented and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure

Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
