Responsibilities include assessing the emotional and leisure requirements of patients and families, collaborating with medical teams to provide therapeutic interactions and activities, and ensuring a supportive environment that complements treatment plans. Key performance factors encompass effective communication, customer service orientation, and adept planning and organizing skills.
