ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
The Project Specialist/Sales, you will be integral in facilitating the efficient functioning of our sales operations and upholding exceptional customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing customer inquiries, ensuring the precise processing of orders, and delivering critical support for diverse sales activities. By collaborating effectively with the sales team, you will drive revenue growth and support streamlined operational processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing detailed product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist with lead qualification, follow-up, and preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers based on their specific needs and follow up to close sales.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, working with relevant departments to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless customer experience and fulfillment of orders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer service, and overall efficiency within the sales department.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of customer service management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in sales support, customer service or sales.
  • Knowledge of the apparel business and/or the Promotional Products Industry is preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES
May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements
