The Role

As a Group Manager for Moxion Power, you’ll lead strategic supplier management and sourcing for the electrical category. You will oversee the supply chain readiness for technology programs. You will work closely with materials, engineering, and production to execute to the timelines of such programs. The goal of the Group Manager is to find the right partners while balancing cost, quality and delivery and develop strong supplier relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for electrical systems and components
  • Lead commercial relationship for the supply base on electrical systems
  • Drive and implement supplier partner strategies and operation start of production
  • Support cost down initiatives through design, resourcing, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with engineering on new product development activities

Skills to be successful:

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading a team
  • Experience in negotiating direct buy contracts & cost reduction
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships to collaboratively execute business strategies
  • Knowledge on low & high voltage harnessing & tier 2 components, circuit boards, inverters, circuit breakers
