Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Abramson Labor Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales efforts to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
2. Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and present findings to the firm’s CMO.
3. Conduct weekly sales meetings and performance evaluations with team members.
4. Recognize, create, and implement process improvements within the sales organization to optimize employee workflows.
5. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
6. Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures.
7. Interview, onboard, and train new sales team members.
8. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
9. Reach sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
10. Responsible for quality assurance including monitoring phone calls, reviewing email and text communications.
11. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques to continuously improve the sales process.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience managing a team.
3. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
4. Experience in customer relationship management.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
8. Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
10. Able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
11. Able to work under pressure.
