Role Summary

As a Financial Systems Analyst, SAP FI-CO, you will join the Global Financial Systems within the Enterprise Technology organization. You will be supporting end to end business processes primarily focused on the core Finance and Controlling module within SAP. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Systems and will be based in Plymouth, Normal, the Bay Area, SoCal, or Atlanta.


Responsibilities

  1. Provide implementation and application technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module focused on the core finance component. This includes, but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Consolidation (Group Reporting).
  2. Leads the effort, working with the business, to define and document what constitutes business success for various initiatives.
  3. Work with solution integrators, corporate IT team, business process owners to plan, implement, and test SAP implementations and future system/process enhancements in our production systems landscape.
  4. Develops expertise in relevant business area and ensures that the system applications support the current and future needs of the business.
  5. Work closely with our business partners to fully understand current processes and areas of improvement.
  6. Elicits, analyzes, and documents requirements for cross functional solutions.
  7. Leads or conducts requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes is well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
  8. Leads or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization.
  9. Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes.
  10. Define and establish right size processes to enable productive use of resources.
  11. Design and deliver high quality, low-cost solutions to meet business needs.
  12. Technical Acumen - Pursues continuous learning and application of technologies to achieve desired business, architectural, and productivity outcomes.

Qualifications

  1. College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related subject required.
  2. At least 5 years of experience required directly with FI-CO module in SAP S/4 HANA configuration, implementation, and support.
  3. At least 5 years of experience working directly with business process owners.
  4. At least 5 years direct interaction with technical resources.

Pay Disclosure

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Southern California Based Applicants: $87,300-109,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Northern California Based Applicants: $94,900-118,600 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
