Job Description

1. Proficiency in extracting data from diverse sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and APIs, ensuring comprehensive data collection.
2. Establishing and managing data pipelines to facilitate seamless data extraction and integration
3. Thoroughly assessing, cleansing, and analyzing extensive datasets to unveil trends, patterns, and correlations, employing statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights.
4. Crafting visually engaging reports and dashboards utilizing leading business intelligence tools like Power BI and Crystal Reports.
5. Tailoring reports to suit the specific requirements of various stakeholders across the organization.
6. Tracking the performance of diverse business processes by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
7. Identify potential areas for enhancement and provide data-driven recommendations.
8. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative models and algorithms.
9. Creating user-friendly data visualizations that effectively convey complex insights to non-technical audiences.
10. Engaging with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, data engineers, and IT professionals.
11. Communicating findings and insights through concise written reports, impactful presentations, and interactive dashboards.
12. Staying updated on industry trends and adopting best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.
13. Continuously refining reporting methodologies and processes to optimize efficiency and efficacy.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field or 10+ years' experience
• 5+ years' manufacturing experience in data analysis, report writing, and business intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of various software platforms, such as ERP and CRM systems
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
