Training & Probation Period: 2 Months

Shift Leads must commit to a minimum of 30 hours of work and pass mandatory training requirements during their 2 month probationary period.

Job Description:

• Opening and Closing Procedures for store operations
• Store Prep and tea preparation
• Drink preparation and service
• Must demonstrate a comprehensive level of our menu and be able to make drink recommendations to customers

Prior work experience preferred.
