Northeast Territory Account Executive

Position Overview

HatchMed is seeking account executives to join our sales team! You will be responsible for generating new business, growing market share, and representing HatchMed in a large, multi-state territory. The Northeast Territory includes: NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, CT, & RI. Applicants must live in territory.

Primary Account Executive Responsibilities

  1. Execute Annual Territory Sales Strategy, including monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs, in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets
  2. Conduct sales prospecting calls in-person and virtually to assigned accounts in territory
  3. Promote and cross-sell HatchMed products in order to increase business from existing and new customers in order to meet or exceed sales targets
  4. Develop and maintain extensive technical, product, and market knowledge
  5. Document any/all customer and prospect interactions in HatchMed's CRM system (Zoho)
  6. Prepare and provide updates on annual Territory Sales Strategy and performance to sales director on a weekly basis
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide necessary support to meet or exceed customer expectations
  8. Communicate any and all customer concerns to appropriate HatchMed team members
  9. Execute all applicable training assigned to this role

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  2. 2+ years of sales experience (medical industry a plus)

Job Requirements

  1. Must live in territory
  2. Willing to travel out-of-state and overnight up to 25%
  3. Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  4. Reliable vehicle
  5. Road warrior, high volume of driving in territory
  6. Familiar with Apple products (iPads, iPhones, iOS)
