Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of full project programmes, including total ownership of budget, change orders, risk management, client handover and resourcing
  • Lead and coordinate design/production teams and contractors, both locally and remotely, ensuring they are motivated, milestones are hit, and the client signs off key deliverables where appropriate
  • Lead daily production meetings to maintain information flow, project progress, and daily milestones to ensure each member of the production team stays on track throughout their project.
  • Scout, vet, assign, and manage freelance and contract talent.
  • Ensure production is executed efficiently, on budget, and meets established deadlines and deliverables.
  • Lead production meetings, brainstorm creative and innovative approaches to generate new ideas for immersive, digital, and physical experiences.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on live projects and upcoming projects.
  • Presenting project progress to senior leadership both internally and externally, highlighting budget tracking and any projects at risk.
  • Support with business development, marketing activities, and company promotion.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods to oversee project delivery.
  • Stay up to date on immersive themed entertainment and XR technology and educate colleagues on advancements in the immersive industry.
  • Manage clients, ensuring the scope of projects is agreed and understood from the outset, feedback loops are set up and streamlined to ensure efficient delivery
  • Support with the collation and delivery of design led RFPs/Bids
  • Manage document submittal portals, such as ACONEX and ARIBA
  • Uphold document naming and folder structure excellence, and set policies and procedures to future proof successful delivery
  • Oversee and monitor the quality/consistency of a wide range of document types associated with design packages, such as Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, BIM, Revit etc
  • Support in the delivery of Design and Build projects (associated with immersive and themed entertainment projects)

  • You should have:

    • Experience using project management tools and creating Gantt charts, status updates, RACI Matrix, or similar project materials.
    • Experience designing and planning projects from blue sky conception to completion.
    • Ability to prepare and present design proposals to senior clients.
    • Proficiency with detailed drawings, models, and renderings using various software tools like AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup.
    • Ability to collaborate with a team of creatives, technologists, artists, developers, writers, designers, and producers.
    • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding results.


    It would be great if you have:

    • A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.
    • Experience working with specialist, experiential sub vendors, such as ride vendors, AV suppliers, theming vendors etc
