This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000/year, plus commission . We also offer:

YOUR DAY AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - ACCOUNT MANAGER
Your day will start by connecting with our existing property owners, providing them with updates on their properties and addressing any tenant-related concerns. You'll spend time communicating with prospective owners, showcasing why partnering with Vision Realty & Management is a great choice. Property visits for marketing photos will be part of your routine, ensuring everything looks top-notch. In the afternoon, you might review financial statements and offer strategic insights to our clients, followed by team meetings to brainstorm new sales strategies and client retention plans. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships and showing our clients the value of staying with us.
YOUR HOURS
As a Business Development - Account Manager, you'll typically work during business hours, but we appreciate your flexibility to go above and beyond for our clients when needed. Sometimes, you'll need to jump on calls or visit properties at short notice to keep everything running smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - ACCOUNT MANAGER
  • 5+ years in account management, property management, sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to jump on calls and address issues immediately, without hesitation, to meet clients in person or visit properties
  • Proficiency in understanding and interpreting financial statements
