Job Requirements / Description
Bilingual Healthcare Relations Specialist
  • (Required) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the healthcare field
  • (Required) Bilingual in Spanish
Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85021 or Mesa, AZ 85204 areas
Pay rate of $17.50 per hour
Monday through Friday, 8am 4:30p.
Prior experience in the healthcare field is required.
Responsibilities:
  • General administrative duties while taking inbound and doing outbound calling
  • Processing payments, insurance verification and authorizations
  • Connect with patients to schedule appointments and transportation needs
  • Data entry, and chart management
  • Ability to de-escalate customer service complaints, or escalate when necessary
  • Heavy Inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients and physicians

Qualifications:
  • (Required) 1 year or more of recent experience in the healthcare field
  • Proficient in using Excel, MS Suite and PC navigation
  • Familiar with EMR and EHR software
  • Strong verbal and phone communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task while staying composed and professional
  • Knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements
