Bilingual Healthcare Relations Specialist
Pay rate of $17.50 per hour
Monday through Friday, 8am 4:30p.
Prior experience in the healthcare field is required.

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- (Required) Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the healthcare field
- (Required) Bilingual in Spanish
Pay rate of $17.50 per hour
Monday through Friday, 8am 4:30p.
Prior experience in the healthcare field is required.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties while taking inbound and doing outbound calling
- Processing payments, insurance verification and authorizations
- Connect with patients to schedule appointments and transportation needs
- Data entry, and chart management
- Ability to de-escalate customer service complaints, or escalate when necessary
- Heavy Inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients and physicians
Qualifications:
- (Required) 1 year or more of recent experience in the healthcare field
- Proficient in using Excel, MS Suite and PC navigation
- Familiar with EMR and EHR software
- Strong verbal and phone communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task while staying composed and professional
- Knowledgeable of HIPAA requirements
