Role:
We are hiring an AWS Cloud Solutions Architect for a Dallas, TX, and Las Vegas, Nevada client. This is a Hybrid position. The ideal candidate will have work experience as a cloud architect focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure.
Job Description:
- Develop and establish processes, procedures, and automation to support AWS-based environments.
- Strong Terraform, ansible, GitLab automation skills
- Hands-on experience building IaaC using Terraform and Cloud Formation tools
Proficiency in working with container orchestration (EKS, ECS)
Familiarity with HA and DR principles and patterns
Experience with networking principles and technology (DNS, Load Balancer, Reverse Proxies, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot cloud operation issues with knowledge of IP networking, DNS, TGW, Security Group, and Linux operating systems.
- Develop and promote infrastructure technology standards through automation and service-based deployments in the AWS cloud.
Experience in EC2 and VPC configuration.
- Understanding of DevOps patterns consist of and how to implement/define them.
- Awareness of on-premises virtualization technology
- AWS Certification.
