Job Summary  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient Sourcing and shipping operations, inventory management, and overall logistics processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required

  • Willingness to Travel via Driving & Flying as necessary(Rare Occasions)
  • An understanding of networking and computer systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • The ability to learn through research, technical certification and on-the-job training.
  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. These are a must.

Desired

  • 2 - 3 years of Logistics or Project Coordinator Experience

Responsibilities

  • Creation of Projects & Task via our Project Management Software.
  • Sourcing all materials & managing shipping for each project as necessary, via our vendors
  • Manage all the Shipping needed for Nationwide shipments, to include traveling to local UPS to ship out equipment.
  • Project Scheduling Management, as necessary.
  • Projects Team Inventory Control & Warehouse Management.
  • Management of Company Project Team Communication Platform.
  • Effective client communication prior to, during and post projects of shipping status’
  • Project Ownership of assigned projects requiring Onsite work and assistance.

Education/Competencies

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Certification

  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
