Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of account payable duties including the following:
- Reconciling invoices on a daily basis
- Perform research as needed
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to identify errors and employ problem-solving skills to correct them
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, specifically Excel
Physical Requirements
- Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Currently enrolled in college
- Must have Excel experience
