Senior Immigration Lawyer
Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned immigration lawyer with experience performing work for corporate clients (not individuals). Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, as this is a fully remote opportunity.
Responsibilities:
This position will primarily be responsible for providing guidance to corporate clients on various business immigration issues. This role requires expertise in fields such as handling H-1B, L-1, O-1A, E1/E2, NIW, and EB-1A, along with EB-5 matters. This position will be expected to represent clients in front of the USCIS, DOL, and DOS, file petitions and applications, litigate appeals, and manage corporate compliance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of AmLaw 100 firm experience in corporate immigration law
- J.D. from top-ranked law school
- Bar admission to jurisdiction of practice
- Portable book of business specifically with corporate, startup and emerging companies, universities, hospitals, and other organizations
