About the Park:
Morningside RV Estates is a premier RV park community in Dade City, FL! We are a full-service, high quality extended stay luxury 55+ community RV park, and we are located near many exciting attractions in Zephyrhills - Dade City. Our community is a gated seasonal RV Park.
About the Job:
We are looking for talented candidates who are customer service pros and take enormous pride in a job well done. In this part-time job, you will be responsible for processing and distributing all resident and guest incoming and outgoing mail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Check arrival, departure and "who's here" report to process mail correctly.
• Ensure files are accurately maintained.
• Receive all mail from mail delivery truck on your scheduled days and distribute mail appropriately.
• Process all certified, registered and returning mail.
• Handle all calls regarding mail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company.
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Education & Experience

• HS Degree or GED One year of mail clerk experience, preferred.
• Customer Service Experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands for sorting and distribution of correspondence.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds) and work while standing.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.

Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate is $14.00 to $16.00 | Commensurate with experience
