What you’ll do
You will join our amazing team of Recruiting Coordinators who own, manage, and elevate the candidate experience at Brex. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders - which includes recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers - and will serve as the main point of contact for candidates, all while keeping quality top of mind. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and interested in gaining exposure to all aspects of the recruiting process – from sourcing to full-cycle recruiting, operations, and candidate experience.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco office. You must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week, starting the week of January 6th, 2025. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across multiple timezones in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout their interview process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality when working with executive-level candidates, C-suite members, and Executive Assistants
- Prioritize daily tasks while maintaining responsiveness with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and team members
- Proactively identify process gaps and spearhead projects to improve the coordination function
- Build trust with your internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving
- Assist in the onboarding and ongoing training of team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or office management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
- Keen attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new technologies (ex: Greenhouse, CodeSignal, ModernLoop)
- Must be willing to work in the office 5 days per week
