Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leveraging consumer and user digital data sets to translate business problems into research questions and translate research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
  • 5 years of experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering digital, analytics or data-driven marketing research and analysis projects.
  • Experience managing research and measurement agencies, and managing projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization tools, analytics platforms and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience creating playbooks and scalable models for new methodologies/analytics tools.
  • Experience in machine learning or AI techniques for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics in a digital-first, social-first world.
  • Interest in learning new data sets, platform tools and analytics approaches.

As a Consumer Portfolio Analytics Manager, you will be a user and competitive intelligence expert. You will delve into the intricacies of our user portfolios, identifying trends, assessing performance, and uncovering consumer and market opportunities. You will leverage the latest in integrated digital analytics and AI capabilities to do this at scale. Your expertise will be key in shaping our understanding of the competitive landscape and informing data-driven decisions that optimize our marketing portfolio strategy for our users today and into the future.

Your Mission is to uncover Competitive Insights at Scale, utilizing market intelligence, digital data and competitive analysis to identify user opportunities for differentiation and growth at scale. To identify synergies and potential areas of optimization across different portfolios, informing marketing strategies in a digital-first, social-first world. To translate complex portfolio consumer and user data into clear and compelling insights, influencing stakeholders with actionable recommendations. And to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, ensuring insights from real users inform strategic planning and growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

  • Build capabilities on assessing competitors' portfolios, marketing and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze data across multiple products and user portfolios to identify trends, correlations, and potential synergies.
  • Extract meaningful patterns from portfolio data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to share insights and ensure data-informed decision-making.
