We are seeking experienced, professional servers to join our growing team.

In this position, you will create a personal and high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will answer customers’ questions, assist them with their choices, take their orders, and deliver their meals following high standards. We are looking for a candidates who smile and are warm and friendly, calm under pressure, and who know how to be a team player.

Server Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest
• Delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Answer questions about menu items
• Answer questions about wine BTG and cocktails
• Wine service
• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction
• Accurately take customer orders
• Gracefully suggest/upsell additional menu items
• Offer special assistance to patrons with specific needs
• Perfect menu knowledge
• Perform sidework duties

Server Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years wait staff experience preferred
• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to thrive in an active, and demanding environment
• Wine & spirits knowledge
