Responsibilities
As a Recruiting Manager at ATLAS, you will:
- Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes. You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Implement strategic hiring procedures. You will create and refine recruitment strategies to ensure we attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR department. You will work closely with HR to confirm hiring needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Innovate interviewing procedures. You will develop new and effective interviewing techniques to enhance our selection process.
- Process and track applications. You will manage applicant job submissions and keep our recruitment database current.
- Set and achieve recruitment goals. You will establish clear benchmarks for the recruitment team and guide them in meeting monthly quotas.
- Train and supervise the recruitment team. You will ensure our recruiters are well-versed in company processes and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with HR practices and fair employment practices.
- Exceptional work ethic and a drive for excellence.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable with some travel, attending job fairs and career events.

- Optimize our recruitment processes. Keep our hiring systems efficient and effective.
- Lead training sessions. Conduct engaging training sessions to upskill the recruitment team.
- Represent ATLAS at job fairs and career events. Network with potential candidates and recent graduates.
- Manage recruitment metrics. Track and report on recruitment performance and take steps to improve processes.
- $75K - $95K per year
