We are currently seeking to hire talented Account Executives for our multiple brands/divisions/locations who are committed and passionate about our mission to keep foodservice operators thriving by saving them money and increasing the quality of their products. You will land new business, establish rapport to build relationships, assess business needs, and cross-sell additional Platform offerings that will benefit the member. You ideally come with experience in managing high profile accounts with the ability to develop relationships both remotely and face to face! You will work closely with clients to add account revenue by adding new programs, additional business, and bringing them opportunities. You will be a key piece in a team-driven culture and instrumental in developing strong client relationships within the restaurant industry.

Your impact:

  • Sales and Business Development: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of potential clients and essential tools for enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. Focus and research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how we can address their specific pain points and contribute to their success.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions to improve our member's overall business operations.
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking: Stay updated on the latest trends and challenges within the restaurant industry. Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your knowledge and establish meaningful connections within the market.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Maintain excellent sales metric hygiene through daily sales activity updates in Salesforce. Collaborate with the product development and customer support teams to relay member feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our platform offerings.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of sales closing experience, preferably within the restaurant industry or related fields. Solid understanding of restaurant operations a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
