You’ll be responsible for your own team: growing, overseeing team operations, training your new agents, and ensuring that you meet your team goals. Responsibilities

  • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards.
  • Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention.
  • Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales.
  • Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team.
  • Grow your division.
  • Coach and train.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers.
  • Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team.
  • Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform.

Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required.
  • Brokers license or ability to obtain one.
  • Commission opportunity.
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team.
  • Unparalleled communication and customer service skills.

Compensation

$90,000 - $140,000 at plan commissions.
