Job Summary First and foremost, your role as a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher is vital to the success of the company. You are the first chance to make an impactful impression on our customers.
You should approach your job with a sense of urgency. You should be organized and efficient. Be open to change and direction. A tried-and-true method might not always be the best option so do not fear change and/or trying new stuff.
Responsibilities
Promptly answer incoming phone calls
Caringly assist callers with their needs. Be their Superhero!
Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
Qualifications
Basic Office Experience
Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a Plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks is Beneficial
