Job Description: Center Director/Manager

Kids In Motion Directors are responsible for ensuring that our centers operate to the absolute highest standards of care and for driving our reputation as the number one drop-in center in the area. They are committed to building exceptional teams of talented and dedicated teachers who share our key values of providing friendly, honest and loving care for our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Ensuring a safe and clean environment for the children in our care.
2. Creating and implementing local marketing plans to drive registrations and attendance.
3. Development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
4. Creating the center's event schedule.
5. Monitoring variable costs associated with the center and eliminating waste in all areas.
6. Driving and tracking staff training requirements.
7. Managing the staff and ensuring proper student/teacher ratios are maintained at all times.
8. Ensuring all licensing standards are met or exceeded.

Job Requirements:

1. Prefer 2+ years supervisory experience as a Director of a childcare center licensed for at least 30 students.
2. Must have a current FL Director's credential or equivalent.
3. Business and Program oriented; Excellent communication skills; Upbeat and friendly attitude with an acute attention to safety and detail.
4. Must be friendly at all times, diligent in your work and a great people manager!
5. Must be able to pass a local and federal background check.
