Ice Skating Rink Proshop Customer Service & Sales Kirkland

Our Elevate Sporting Pro Shop in Kirkland is a small space retail proshop. As a smaller retailer inside of the Kirkland Ice arena we service hockey and figure skates in the way of sharpening and rivets, as well as sell hockey gear, team apparel along with skating accessories.
Elevate Sporting Goods is a smaller family owned sporting goods retailer and we are focused on giving exceptional customer service to all customers and potential customers. We pride ourselves in creating a great local shopping atmosphere in store and highly value building long term professional relationships in all facets of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES would include but not be limited to:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by teaming up with co-workers to provide an excellent sales & service experience
• Being knowledgeable on all products and services offered.
• Being personally accountable for operational procedures and expectations
• Maintaining personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Builds professional relationships with every customer and potential customer
• Selling product by asking open-ended questions that will help assess customers needs.

• Contributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift.
• Needs to be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Needs to be able to work independently and unsupervised while maintaining productivity and professionalism

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Enthusiastic and passionate about sports and sporting goods.

• Able to unconditionally deliver exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Disciplined and focused on results and operational excellence
• Must be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Basic computer skills necessary.
