Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead all sales and marketing efforts at The Selfhelp Home. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and values, driving occupancy, and enhancing our brand presence in the community. The Sales & Marketing Director will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, manage sales forecasting, and optimize our CRM system to ensure sustained success. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team, including the Marketing Manager and Sales Support Admin, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Working closely with other departments, including Healthcare Admissions, Nursing, and Executive Leadership, your efforts will ensure alignment and success in making a difference in the lives of seniors every day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience managing the entire sales process, including running tours, managing leads, and closing sales.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot, and experience in CRM-based lead flow automation.
  • Proven track record in sales forecasting, data analysis, and developing strategies based on sales trends.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
