Overview

Job Title: Director of Transformation

Employer: PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on PepsiCo Beverage North America’s Transformation team responsible for managing and executing strategic projects, including but not limited to organizational restructuring, new organization/business formation, portfolio optimization, and business divestments.
  2. Focus on the strategic and transformation priorities of PepsiCo Beverage North America to become a world-class operating company, making a direct impact on the company’s future success.
  3. Drive the company’s transformation agenda, solving complex strategic problems, and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Lead and manage multiple complex transformation projects in parallel.
  5. Evaluate new acquisition opportunities.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for the company and meeting facilitator for projects that engage third-party consultants.
  7. Report to a Senior Director while having direct interaction with the VP of Transformation and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
  8. Develop and manage 1-2 direct reports.
  9. Work collaboratively with teams across the organization in North America and globally.
  10. Influence key decision-makers to align and advance on strategic projects.
  11. Create presentations on PowerPoint, ranging from tactical project updates to Board of Director presentations.
  12. Build financial models in Excel from scratch to determine the value of a potential business restructuring.
  13. Use advanced analytics to support business decision-making.
  14. Telecommuting permitted 30%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from this office.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's / US or Foreign Equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field and nine (9) years of experience in offered or related roles.
  2. Must have nine (9) years experience in project/deal management and strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally.
  3. Must have four (4) years experience in applying a strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks; performance as a highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills; building financial models in Excel to determine the value of a potential business restructuring; influencing key decision-makers to align and advance on strategic projects; and experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company.

Salary: $176,571-$242,700 /year
