Are you in?ResponsibilitiesWhat's Your Role?We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant.General administrative support:Reporting, copying, filing, faxing, display board maintenance, mail, supplies etc.Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization for paymentSafety and Security Support as neededPrepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing account information and communicate anomaliesMaintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions accurately and timelyVerifies accounts/reports by reconciling statements/documents and transactionsResolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments if warranted, payments, or adjustments.Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controlsContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededProcesses payroll weekly for frontline employees/ runs payroll reportsRoute Settlement Cashier:Process all Full Service Vending (FSV) currency and coin; count, sort, wrap and boxPrepare and reconcile FSV coin log and coin bagsReconcile all Driver Route checks and documentation to Enterprise Settlement ConsolePrepare daily bank deposits FSV currency and coin for armored car courier pickupPrepare daily bank deposits of checks via US Bank SinglePointCoordinate servicing of coin and cash office equipment and replenishment of suppliesComplete all daily LogsPrepare and submit required work product to HQ Accounting, providing supporting information as requestedCompensation & Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
