How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) This role can sit in Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN (Full-time remote not an option) TPE- Crew is a skilled analyst and technical leader. The TPE is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies by communicating and clarifying business needs, contributing to development of long-range plans, and ensuring technology products and services are aligned with business needs across multiple business units, 3rd party and partner domains. The TPE must be self-motivated, responsive, and detail oriented with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Drive discussions around new and emerging platforms and help determine the best way to utilize new technologies to build business solutions. Synthesize current state processes, operating models, and ways of working in order to define new, digitally oriented clarity on requirements. The role will work across a diverse stakeholder group, driving consensus, and creating a shared understanding of detailed requirements in conjunction with technical delivery Responsible for conducting complex and thorough research of existing processes, systems, systems logic, and desired objectives to develop detailed systems specifications to meet the objectives of the assigned projects. Prioritizing and sequencing the backlog of epics/features/user stories according to business value, throughout the release and sprint planning cycles. Meet with business teams when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situations Collect information about the business process through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.) Provide strategic support to customers in defining or designing business processes and help to identify technologies based on customer requirements Coordinate multi-system solutions to clarify interdependencies so that systems appear seamless to the customer Extensive knowledge of product and software development techniques and agile methodologies What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, product owner or equivalent. Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery. Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production. Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Strong written, oral communication, and social skills Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) Solid Understanding of Agile/SDLC development methodologies DevOps experience including the use of use of Enterprise Agile planning solutions such as Agility.Al or similar. Previous experience as a product Subject Matter Expert including ownership for its development and performance. Flexibility to adapt and plan for changing business objectives.
