This includes coordination and completion of assigned projects, including project definition, assignment of task responsibilities, setting deadlines, monitoring progress etc. The Coordinator is an integrated member of the Population Health and Payer Strategy teams, which exist to provide strategic and tactical decision support to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating program outreach to patients as well as data collection and analysis of our patient populations. They are responsible for the communication, scheduling, and review of targeted patients within a population to aid in program success.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or Health Administration; or associates degree with two or more year’s related experience and/or training in operations, administration or healthcare; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Experience compiling formal reports and presentationsExperience in working in, or leading project teamsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.Work ScheduleMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wksWhat Makes Avera Special?
