Job Description
Leads marketing operations efforts to resource and deliver on prioritized, strategic marketing project requests requiring design, writing and video production. Manages Workfront project management system to allocate creative resources and support Clinical, Foundation and National Reputation marketing teams in support of approved annual marketing plan tactics. Also supports project requests from Internal and External Communication teams. Triages System Marketing requests received through marketing request queue, as well as Foundation marketing request queue.
Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Skill in using project management system to track work
  • Managing and mentoring a team
  • Expertise in marketing production processes

  • Project management expertise
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Strong work experience using project management software to deliver project needs

Job Responsibilities
  • Partners and collaborates with peer managers and their teams in marketing, digital, internal and external communications to support creative for project requests across multiple platforms and channels
  • Guides team in development of engaging and effective creative content in multiple formats
  • Ensures creative team has the appropriate detail, briefs and information required to successfully complete their job, in coordination with job requestor
  • Provides direction, oversight, and implementation of select System Marketing strategic plans.
  • Evaluates and identifies appropriate methods, tools, vehicles, budget, measurement, and implementation tactics to achieve strategic requests
  • Maintains skill levels in technology tools (eg. Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Moz)
  • Develops self and staff through formal and informal training programs and experiences.
  • Oversees team lead in the supervision of writers, designers and other staff in the development of compelling, WOW content within brand guidelines
  • Drives team in the proactive evolution of visual identity standards and editorial style guide, in concert with leadership direction and approval
  • Manages resourcing and project timelines, pivoting as necessary, to focus on changing priorities
  • Coaches and develops employees, focusing on development of strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team, including: interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.
  • Mentors team members to encourage personal and professional growth.
