On offer is a senior management position where you will be utilizing your extensive P&L experience to develop an already established business, ensuring safety standards are adhered to and putting a heavy emphasis on this in daily plant operations.
The Role:
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to, putting emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental programs and practices.
- Lead site operations ensuring the business meets Profit & Loss expectations.
- Show leadership qualities through training and coaching your team, through setting goals and objectives for all functional areas of the plant.
The Person:
- In-depth knowledge of plant operations utilizing your expertise in operational leadership and achieving profitability goals.
- Background in Solid Fuels, Power Plant Operations, and Waste to Energy.
- Experience with Six Sigma tools.
