Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the successful PMM in this role will apply a full range of product marketing skills- audience research, competitive analysis, sales enablement, product readiness, product roadmap prioritization and gap analysis, industry/partner marketing, win/loss/churn analysis and more. You possess a strong mindset focused on buyer needs, the ability to synthesize market analysis back into product requirements and prioritization, and a demonstrated record of activating industry partners and associations to increase product consideration.. You can lead and influence cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve successful business outcomes.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Drive ambitious go-to-market plans with stakeholders across product management, product design, sales, customer success, and enablement
- Own intelligence and champion our customers-be the expert on our buyers, our market, and our competition
- Continuously evaluate, validate, and communicate platform capabilities and requirements to our product and engineering teams that enable Shopmonkey to be the solution of choice amongst our buyers
- Own key programs that surface intelligence and insights to the business including quarterly win/loss/churn analysis - both qualitative and quantitative.
- Create relevant content (blogs, guides, white papers), concept-integrated campaigns, and other vehicles (webinars, video content, newsletters) that drive new business pipeline and engage customers
- Set and measure your work against key performance indicators and report on weekly progress
- Drive buyer and customer research to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging threats to the business.
- Analytical and research experience with ability to surface patterns and relevant business insights.
- Strong inbound product marketing experience - with proven track record of successfully working with product and engineering teams.
- Highly articulate and diplomatic, able to advocate for a course of action with supporting data and gracefully make arguments
- Ability to listen and build authentic connections with others
- Always curious, always learning, not afraid to ask questions
- BS/BA and 6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product marketing
- Strong attention to detail yet able to understand and influence larger business strategy
- Outstanding prioritization and organization skills, undaunted by fast-paced environments
- A humble, dependable, transparent team player
