Job Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Five or more years of experience directly managing 5 to 10 sales professionals within Commercial Real Estate or Digital Advertising or Marketing, including the ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team.
  2. Five or more years of sales experience plus 18 months at a CoStar Sales Executive level or higher while meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Bachelor’s degree required.
  4. Experience leading sales efforts in a highly transactional, consultative sales oriented, fast-paced organization with a short cycle-time sales model.
  5. Experience being responsible for a book of business in excess of $1 million in annual revenue.
  6. Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  1. Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
  2. Demonstrated track record of rapidly growing a sales territory or market through organic growth via a combination of new client acquisition and existing account growth and consistently exceeding sales performance targets over multiple years.
  3. Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.).
  4. Demonstrated ability to retain proven sales producers and remove non-producers.
  5. Ability to travel 25-30%.
  6. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.

This position offers a base salary range of $140,000-$150,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.
