Broadridge is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue through sales of our Customer Remediation Solution to financial services firms. The ideal candidate will bring a successful sales track record, senior relationships in the Risk organizations of financial services firms, and strong networking skills to the role. A successful candidate will bring or be able to develop Customer Remediation expertise. Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills are important. In addition, strong collaborative skills will be required to drive desired support and outcome from key stakeholders across Broadridge.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
General Responsibilities
- Drive leads in target market via existing relationships, direct outreach, and events
- Grow pipeline in US market, managing against strategic plans
- Lead the sales process from origination through to close, including qualification, executive presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation, working with Business leadership, Product, Legal and Finance as appropriate
- Develop documents, analysis and presentations based on specific sales needs for customers and prospects and for internal use
- Assist with RFI/RFP processes
- Provide Customer Remediation education and training to internal salesforce and other internal teams to drive internal cross-selling
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events to develop new relationships and promote Customer Remediation, growing Broadridge industry presence and brand awareness
Specification & Qualifications
This position will be filled by an experienced candidate with exceptional drive, with the following skills and experience to be prioritized:
- 5-10+ years of sales experience and success
- Strong existing network of senior relationships within the Risk organizations of financial services firms
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain key relationships, including at C-level
- Ability to effectively navigate complex organizations
- Proven track record of success in achieving/exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to achieve sales results both individually and in collaboration with others
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Professional approach and demeanor and ability to represent Broadridge well internally and externally
- Ability to take a consultative sales approach to problem solving with prospective clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work well independently and remotely
- Strong time-management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects at a time
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong technical foundation: ability to use CRM, MS Office, social tools, etc.
- Willing to travel frequently for clients and prospect meetings
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $130,000-$150,000 annually depending on experience
- Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
