Inside Sales - $16.35/hour + Commission

We are experiencing incredible growth due to the high demand for our credit restoration services. Ideal candidates will have a vibrant, positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic and be able to "paint a picture" in the minds of consumers about how to live a "Better Credit Life".

WHO YOU ARE:

A highly productive, organized, coachable and diligent teammate who has:

• Inbound/outbound sales experience within a call center (highly preferred)
• The desire to help people improve their financial situation
• Shown their ability to write clear, effective business emails and type clear notes while speaking with clients
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills
• Proven to be self-motivated and driven to make commissions while being compassionate and understanding of the client’s needs
• A vibrant, positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish? That’s a plus!

WHAT A DAY AS AN INSIDE SALES CREDIT ANALYST LOOKS LIKE:

You will be painting a picture in the minds of consumers about how to live a ‘Better Credit Life by:

• Effectively communicating the McKenzie value story to consumers who have negative items on their credit reports via inbound/outbound lead generated calls
• Selling these consumers with conviction on the value of McKenzie’s products and services to repair their credit
• Applying standard quality assurance and compliance guidelines on all sales consultations
• Living McKenzie's high levels of integrity and ethics as it applies to our consumer clients
• You will work a 9-hour shift (to include Saturday with a day off during the week) which includes an hour for lunch and other breaks with some schedule flexibility.

Our office hours are:

• Monday-Friday : 8am-9pm
• Saturday : 10am-4pm

FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK:

Compensation

• Base hourly Rate: $16.35 ($34,008 base annually) with uncapped commission.
• Average base + Commission: $65,000
• We provide guaranteed commissions (in addition to hourly base pay) during the first 14 weeks of employment. This guarantee of commissions is available to all newly hired Credit Analysts who meet basic attendance and performance requirements.
