Position Overview:
The Junior Estimator will be an integral part of the estimating team, reporting directly to senior estimators and the lead estimator. This role involves working on a variety of projects, primarily in Southern California, with occasional travel for specific clients. The company uses advanced tools such as Destiny, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff for project estimation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for various projects.
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Utilize industry-standard software for takeoffs and estimating.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in Destiny, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preference for candidates with commercial, healthcare, or retail project experience.
