Job Description:
We are in search of a experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and mitigating high-risk areas to ensure the safety of all workers. With a strong background in healthcare construction and AHCA reviewable projects, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in communicating project milestones, establishing timelines, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Regularly communicate project progress to clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and site organization. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a superintendent in construction.
- Proven experience with ground-up construction, industrial commercial projects, heavy civil work, and structural work.
- Strong construction management skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents.
