Client Engagement Specialist


What can you Expect?

  • Marsh McLennan global program/project manager that works closely with senior stakeholders across regional commercial teams to deliver relevant frameworks, strategies, and solutions to sales and client engagement opportunities

  • Enable growth by leveraging Marsh (or broader risk-oriented) business experience to create fit-for-purpose solutions across the Commercial organization   

  • Interact with, present to, and influence executive leadership stakeholders regularly 

  • Comfort in relationship building across various stakeholders across Marsh McLennan, approaching day-to-day activity with a ‘collaboration-first’ mindset 

  • Coordinate, communicate, and organize work with numerous stakeholders on several projects simultaneously

We’ll count on you to:

  • Balance BAU projects and tasks with ad hoc, time-dependent requests from senior leadership 

  • Adapt existing or build new strategies to attract, retain, and expand clients for Marsh McLennan 

  • Demonstrate an interest in supporting innovation, driving efficiency, effectiveness, and learning across the organization 

  • Guide and mentor lower-level colleagues to support professional development efforts  

  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint storytelling, proficiency in Excel, SharePoint page design, and PowerBI

What you'll need to have:

  • Strong skills using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other digital applications

  • Working knowledge of commercial property/casualty insurance programs and underwriting process.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills within a digital environment.

  • Competent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet established timelines.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and service providers.

  • Licensed Property & Casualty Preferred

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,600 to $150,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
