Job Description

Become the architect of unforgettable leisure experiences! As the driving force behind our sales efforts, you will combine your passion for travel with strategic acumen to elevate our leisure offerings, cultivating relationships and crafting bespoke packages that captivate and delight our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote leisure packages and experiences.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to expand the customer base.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform the development of competitive leisure packages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, to create compelling promotional materials and enhance product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' preferences and tailoring leisure packages to meet their unique needs and expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging destinations, and potential partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports to assess sales strategies' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of luxury leisure sales leadership experience, ski/mountain destination
  • Minimum of 3+ years of working directly with Virtuoso, FH&R, Signature
  • Prior experience selling multiple properties or brands
  • Demonstrated record of driving sales revenues in luxury hotel/destination environment
