Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Lead to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This exciting opportunity involves leading quality assurance initiatives, ensuring system reliability and performance, and coaching and mentoring team members. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing testing strategies, analyzing testing needs, and delivering effective solutions. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving test plans, scripts, and software documentation, contributing to cutting-edge AI projects in the lending business.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA Analysts and Developers for comprehensive testing coverage.
• Comply with SDLC and PMLC, participating in scope assessment and risk analysis.
• Provide testing management for ongoing projects and future initiatives.
• Analyze testing needs, develop strategies and plans, and ensure documentation completeness.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Test automation architect with Karate, Selenium and Rest assured skills.
• Test harness, test strategy, database and core java or python.
