ALOHA Collection is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team and take charge of managing all things IT across our corporate office, hybrid workforce, and retail stores.

OVERVIEW: As the IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our IT systems and hardware across both our brick-and-mortar stores and corporate offices. Your expertise will be essential in supporting our business operations and customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide technical support to retail store staff and corporate employees to resolve hardware and software-related issues promptly and effectively
Setup, configure, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks and hardware across retail stores and corporate offices
Manage and administer our fleet of Apple devices to ensure smooth operations and a secure computing environment
Maintain and support POS systems utilized in retail stores, ensuring they are functioning correctly and facilitating efficient transactions
Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard the company's data, networks, and sensitive information from potential threats or breaches
Procure and manage hardware inventory
Administer the company phone plan
A/V support for on site meetings
Develop and enforce IT policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Manage and optimize cloud-based services and applications to support our hybrid operations effectively
Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, marketing, and finance, to understand their technology requirements and provide suitable solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and proactively recommend upgrades or new technologies to improve business processes and customer experience
Conduct IT training sessions for staff members to enhance their technical skills and promote IT awareness across the organization

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Specialist, IT Support Specialist, or similar role managing IT systems
Willingness to travel on an as needed basis to retail locations
Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN/WAN configurations and security protocols
Experience in a MacOS & iOS environment (Kandji)
Familiarity with retail POS systems and retail-specific hardware and software (Shopify is a plus)
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Experience with cloud-based services and applications (Google Cloud, Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Asana, or similar)
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus
