AP Specialist (Real Estate)
Real estate experience is required to be considered for this position.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate and expertise in Yardi or Avid Exchange. This role involves handling both property-level and corporate-level accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. The position offers a competitive salary between $60,000 and $65,000, an annual bonus, and the opportunity to work in a systems-driven environment with minimal manual processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency with Avid Exchange and Yardi is required
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure
