The Director, IFG Brokerage Sales develops and maintains relationships with downline agencies and key partners. The position requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
The Director, IFG Brokerage Sales focuses on national sales targets and works proactively with other Sales Directors and Relationship Managers to achieve overall objectives. Meets targets through cultivation of new client relationships and development of productive relationships with existing clients. The Brokerage Sales Director will work closely with operations, compliance, internal and external business partners to drive outcomes and sustainable growth.
Drives internal and external sales and growth nationally.
Regularly assesses relationships and activities and provides coaching, support, and guidance needed to partners and associates.
Manages resources available to achieve sales/growth results as well as operational goals (including Clinical engagement, sales targets, retention, provider engagement, and pharmacy utilization, CTM reduction).
Manages budgetary resources.
Develops external market and national engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the sales strategy team, sales leaders, and operations team.
Identifies opportunities for strategic and/or process improvements.
Leads and/or participates in cross-functional teams to improve processes and strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience working in Medicare/insurance distribution
- 2+ years of experience working with business partners/brokers
- Active Health & Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $120,900 - $166,200 per year. This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
