The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking an over night experienced Bread Baker for our commissary kitchen in downtown NYC. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience.
The commissary prepares all breads and viennoiseruies for the Epicerie Boulud locations and all of our NY restaurants. Responsibilities include shaping and baking baguettes and all breads and viennoiseries, cleaning machinery; preparing ingredients.
Candidates must have a passion for bread baking , strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, the ability to take direction and lift up to 50 lbs, with a pleasant demeanor and availability for overnight shifts.
