Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:
- Build new and repair existing molds
- Work closely with design and CNC machine departments
- Track and coordinate builds on the shop floor
- Follow through sampling to complete a production ready mold
- A completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the trade
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in various stages of completion
- Experience in Injection Molds preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
